When is it time to move on?

That’s a question that often comes up in our work with clients given today’s business challenges. It depends on whether the situation is temporary or if there is no end in sight.
I remember taking a company through a pre-packaged bankruptcy. It was a miserable time. There was aggressive cost-cutting and morale was low, but I knew this was temporary and we could rebound as a team.
However, when you find yourself in a position where you see the growth potential of a company, but they don’t have a great culture and that is not very likely to change, it’s time to make a move and find a place that has a healthy culture where you can thrive, and the company can thrive.
