Team Coaching Diagnostics

At Global Coaching Delivered® we often begin our team coaching engagements by asking participants to complete a confidential proprietary survey.
It's an important tool in the coaching journey as it clearly identifies our starting point.
We specifically focus on, the team’s clarity around:
PURPOSE: Why do you exist as a team and what difference are you going to make in the world?
What will you actually deliver in terms of KPIs, goals, and objectives?
How the team works together, its values, ethos, norms, culture, and dynamics.
How the team interfaces with the world, customers, stakeholders, etc.
All of this is looked at through the lens of psychological safety, which is in itself a massive enabler for team learning.
Results are reviewed in advance with the Team Leader with the intention to clarify what support they need when the results are shared with the broader team.
Actions arising from the diagnostic feedback are identified and committed to by the team with us providing support and structure as required.
