Over the last three years as a full-time Executive Coach, I have reflected on a career that took me over a thirty-year period, from Production Assistant to EVP, Managing all Major international markets for a major Hollywood studio.

I look back on my corporate career with a sense of satisfaction and more importantly, a newfound wisdom and perspective...

As I coach Executives, I encourage them to focus on:

  1. Their true motivation, considering what they mean by success and, what success means to them.
  2. The importance of retaining respect, integrity and transparency in their interactions.
  3. Living a whole life, focusing on family, friends, and work, in that order.
  4. Taking absolute pleasure in the success of those around us.
  5. Managing our time and energy in a manner that reflects our choices.
  6. Always assuming the best intent of others.

In the corporate world, as you stumble from meeting to meeting, quarter to quarter, you can lose a sense of the things that define and differentiate you.

Retaining a sense of perspective, embracing the adventure, and daring to seek joy and have fun, are all choices that will serve you well.

Developing and maintaining a true sense of self, who you are, and how you show up in the world, will help guide you through the most challenging of times.

These are all challenges that we help our clients with.
